You can return products purchased from us for any reason within 30 days of purchase. How does it work?
- Send us an email with your return information.
- Package the returned products so they won’t be damaged during shipping.
- Send the products (at your own expense) to the address provided below.
- We will refund your money within 7 days of receiving your return.

Please remember a few things:
- Open containers of liquid are not returnable. The container must have the original seal.
- Refunds will be issued only after we receive the returned package (within 7 days of receiving the return).
- The money will be refunded using the same payment method used (Blik, PayPal, credit card, Google Pay, bank transfer).
- You have 30 days from the date you received the package to return the product.
- If promotional items were included with the purchased product, you must also return them.
